We spent an amazing New Year's week in L.A. It rained the first day but then it was sunny and wonderful for the rest. We spent New Years at Julie and Thierry's, Julie made this wonderful dinner and then we had amazing french champagne until midnight. I was impressed that I was able to stay up that late given the time change. Julien woke up right after we all started yelling at midnight. He wasn't too eager to get up and celebrate though. We got to hike 3 of the days and we went to Venice Beach and rented some bikes and took some pictures on the beach.
